Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

● The wrong item was received.
● The item arrived damaged or defective.
● The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Period

Customers must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

● Opened or used perfumes.
● Products with damaged seals caused by the customer.
● Clearance, promotional, or sale items unless defective.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Wait for approval before shipping the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
● Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping Costs

● If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
● If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
